Ginger & Tom Perkins

We moved to Waterchase in December 2002 from a community in Lutz called Windsor Park. Our primary reason for moving was to be closer to our three grandsons who live just 4 doors down the street. Our home is on the big pond in Savona, the Ryland section.
We are partners in our own real estate business and have been helping both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs for over 11 years.

The Kolettis Krew

Elias & Melisa moved into Savona in Sept. of 2002 with their three sons Michael (99), Zachary (01) & Gabriel (01). Elias owns an Internal Medicine practice in Dunedin and services Mease Countryside and Dunedin Hospital. Melisa is a retired Registered Nurse who now works for her parents, Tom & Ginger Perkins, as their Real Estate team's Transaction Manager. Their boys attend school at The Cambridge School in Tampa. Elias's hobbies include fitness and motorcycle riding while Melisa enjoys scrapbooking with her friends. The family enjoy sports such as Tennis, Football and Swimming, watching movies and just plain being together. If you are a responsible teenager with CPR and childcare skills and would be interested in babysitting The Kolettis Boys, feel free to contact the family (see neighborhood directory).

The Winklers

The Winkler clan moved into Aberdeen on May 1, 2007. Greg and Robin relocated from Maryland with their four daughters: Grace (6), Ella (4), Delaney (2) and Avery (1). Greg works for WellCare as an Actuary and Robin is a stay-at-home mom. With the four little ones, we're always looking for good, reliable babysitters!!
